Summer Camp

Embrace new fitness challenges, learn about key sport nutritional facts and make friends in this week long girl’s only fitness camp. Time will be spent working out, while also looking at daily meal planning, benefits of certain foods and the pros and cons of nutritional food plans. This class will emphasize how being strong and healthy can help to empower you with the confidence that flows into aspects of life such as friends, studies, challenges, peer pressures and more. This course is great to register both on your own or with a group of friends as the end goal is to inspire others and ourselves through fitness.
